Summary:
Works under supervision, generally as the first or second level of service the end user will interface with. Responsible for everyday repairs, configurations of equipment, and the loading of applications. Assists in maintaining the inventory of equipment. Interfaces closely with the end user/client either face-to-face, telephonically, or via email. Performs equipment swaps at client sites to ensure client equipment is functioning properly, performs various post-repair activities, and performs other duties as assigned.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Customer Service - Interfaces with end user/clients regarding all equipment problems.
Ensures client is satisfied with all levels of services provided.
Repairs, troubleshoots, and configures routine and/or simple PC or network-related problems.
Makes recommendations for desktop environment in order to keep up with changing technology.
May participate in development of information technology and infrastructure projects.
May conduct training programs designed to educate an organization's computer users about basic and specialized applications.
Performs various post-repair activities.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Detailed documentation of procedures, tasks and work logs
Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
Must demonstrate a proven ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form with all levels of staff and management.
Must have ability to troubleshoot and diagnose PC Hardware/Software problems and problems with equipment (e.g., cables,Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
