Civil Engineer

Opening with our client for a Civil Engineer. Hybrid schedule in Pittsburgh, PA.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a similar field, along with 6
years of civil site engineering experience. SWM Plan Reviewer Certification is preferred, and experience with grading and drainage is essential.
Responsibilities
Perform project functions related to the production of civil engineering plans.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to develop comprehensive engineering designs.
Conduct site evaluations and assessments to determine project requirements.
Prepare and review civil engineering plans, including grading and drainage designs.
Ensure that projects comply with regulatory standards and requirements.
Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians.
Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Attend meetings and participate in discussions related to project planning and execution.
Requirements
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering or a related field.
6
years of civil site engineering and project management experience.
SWM Plan Reviewer Certification preferred.
Strong proficiency in grading and drainage design principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and other civil engineering software.
Familiarity with regulatory standards and requirements.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
