Responsibilities:

Property Showings and Negotiations:
Arrange property viewings for clients and accompany them during the visits.
Effectively negotiate offers, counteroffers, and contract terms on behalf of clients, striving to achieve the best possible outcome for all parties involved.

Transaction Management:
Oversee the entire real estate transaction process, including drafting and reviewing contracts, coordinating inspections, appraisals, and financing, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and in a timely manner.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining regular communication throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.

Qualifications:
