o1
years field claims experience including auto claims;oElectronic estimating experience using one or all estimating platforms:
Mitchell, CCC, Audatex;o1
year, strong customer service and conflict resolution competency;o1
year, in being able to successfully perform work independently (self-motivated);oExcellent organization, attention to detail and adaptability;oContacting Alacrity clients to complete inspections/appraisals within our given time frame(s);oSmart phone or other device capable of taking quality photos and transmitting them.RequirementsWHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
oPromptly and effectively handles to conclusion all assignmentsMakes decisions within delegated authority as outlined in client policies and proceduresAdheres to high standards of professional conduct consistent with the delivery of superior service;oMaintains current knowledge of local industry repair procedures and local market pricing;oHas a working knowledge of Department of Insurance and State Regulations;oSubmits detailed auto inspections, reports summarizing the damages, or any possible open items that may surface;oAble to identify potential and questionable damages reported by owner and communicate findings with client;oAbility to plan and navigate daily routes efficiently by the use of our Optimizer Automation tool to assist with quicker inspections and appraisals;oAbility to inspect all angles of vehicle, both interior and exterior visually and manually;oAbility to establish repair requirements and cost estimates for lossesAbility to evaluate and successfully negotiate operations and cost of repairs;oDeliver a positive customer service experience to all internal, external, current, and prospective clients;oAbility to meet cycle-time and quality KPIs in a fast-paced performance driven environment;oAbility to articulate decisions and technical knowledge both verbally and written;oReliable transportation, valid state driver's license, and safe driving record is required;oProfessional business attire and appearance while carrying out services to the public.Education/Licensure:
oState licensing required (if applicable);oAppraiser's license - if applicable to location;oAdjuster's license - if applicable to location;oI-CAR Certification preferred;oHigh School diploma or equivalent preferred.Skills/Competencies:
