Store Manager in Training

Our Stores Manager In Training will develop knowledge and skills by working alongside an experienced District and Store Manager. They will be responsible for understanding cost control, understanding the store's P&L, and understanding how to operate a profitable store. They will also learn how to deliver excellent customer service and learn how to manage all aspects of an O'Reilly store including the development, training and mentoring of store team members.
Qualifications
+ Prior automotive and/or retail management experience (3-5 years)
+ Take pride in delivering excellent customer service
+ Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems
+ Available to work flexible work schedule
+ Thrive in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
+ ASE certification preferred

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
