Network Development Recruiter

  • We seek experienced inside sales professionals, recruiters and telemarketers to contract with physician practices for WorkWell's network of quality healthcare providers throughout most US states.
  • Heavy outbound calling is required ((70-100 per day) to providers targeted geographically and by specialty. Follow up communication, by phone and electronically, that is required to ensure receipt of required contracts and medical credentials.

This individual is reaching out to Medical Providers on a daily basis to try and get them to "contract or sign up" and be part of their program.

They will provide information, walk them through the process, discuss core values & hopefully close the deal (send out an agreement to be signed). Once the contract is signed, the client is then passed onto Provider Relations to maintain the relationship. Sometimes, they will also make "courtesy calls" when needed.


 

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
